The company has over 30 years of experience in the heavy industry around Australia.
Fabrication & painting facilities under one site location in Villawood next to Woodville Rd.
The company sits on a 20,000m² land, approximately 10,000m² undercover area.
6,300m² main workshop that has 8 x bays inside, each has at least one overhead crane, with a total of 21 overhead cranes.
Separate 900m² heavy lift workshop with 100T crane.
Beamline, Bending and rolling facilities are available within the main workshop.
A separate 2,000m² fully indoor blasting and painting shop with 10T overhead cranes.
Has a state of the art blasting chamber (6m W x 5.7m H x 20m L) and ventilation control.
Approximately 2,000m² open space area with overhead cranes.
Surface preparation and painting capability is PCCP class 2, 3 & 4 accredited.
Full time NACE level 2 certified inspectors and qualified blasters and painters.
Experience with various sizes of tanks, vessels, piping spools and steel structures.
Ability to fabricate and/or assemble multiple projects simultaneously including separate areas for SS.
Substantial secure hard-stand and undercover storage spaces for separate project storage, pre-assembly, modularization, NDT and pre-delivery.
2000m² office complex including separate space for clients, consultants and separate project teams.
Comprehensive fleet of vehicles including trucks, hoists, frannas and site vehicles.
NWEC’s safety management is accredited to AS/NZS 4801.
NWEC’s environmental management is accredited to ISO 14001.
NWEC’s quality management is accredited to ISO 9001.
NWEC’s welding capability is accredited to ISO 3834 Part 2.
NWEC’s fabrication capability is accredited to SCA CC3.
